Why did the clash my team closed on Friday show up on site again on Monday?

Because the close wasn't tied to the model. Someone marked it done in Teams or email, the model kept the old geometry, and the field built what the model still said.

How fast can we see what a new export moved before the crew hits it on site?

Fast. An export gets versioned and compared element by element the moment it lands, so the team sees what moved in about 15 minutes instead of a 90-minute meeting spent working it out.

When a coordinator leaves the project, how do I keep the history of who changed what and why?

When a coordinator leaves, the history doesn't leave with them, because it was never stored in their head. BidLight keeps one live record of the project inside Revit and Navisworks.

Why does the 6am digest land before the crew wakes up instead of after the slip has already happened?

Because the slip is already in the model. Waiting for the weekly meeting to find out who is behind is how a clash sits for three weeks and the work behind it stops.

When an issue is closed, what proof does BidLight actually require?

When an issue gets closed in BidLight, it closes with proof. A screenshot, a tagged user, and the model commit that fixed it. No proof, no close. That changes the accountability on the job.

Can I publish from Navisworks as well as Revit, and does each publish keep its own files and author?

Yes. BidLight runs inside Revit and inside Navisworks, and you publish straight from the model or the federated model. Each publish is its own version, so nothing gets written over.

My coordinator just resigned, does the record of why things were decided stay with the project?

Yes. BidLight keeps one live record of your project. Every export is versioned and compared element by element. Your team sees what changed in minutes, not hours.

How many hours a week will my team actually get back by not chasing which model version is current?

About 11 hours a week per team. That is just the time spent working out which model version is current. Most of a working day and a half back, before you count the meeting that follows.

Our coordinator just gave notice, how do we keep the record of why decisions were made from walking out the door with them?

The record shouldn't live in one person's head or inbox. When a coordinator leaves, the why behind each decision has to still be sitting on the element it concerns. That's what BidLight does.

When a coordinator leaves, does the project history leave with them?

No. The record stays with the project, not the person. That is the whole point of one live record inside Revit and Navisworks. Every export is versioned and compared element by element.
