When a coordinator leaves does the project history leave with them

No. The record stays with the project, not the person. That is the whole point of one live record inside Revit and Navisworks. Every export is versioned and compared element by element.

No. The record stays with the project, not the person.

That is the whole point of one live record inside Revit and Navisworks. Every export is versioned and compared element by element. Every issue is pinned to the element it concerns and closes only with proof: a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit that fixed it. When a coordinator moves on, the next person opens the project and sees what changed, who changed it, and what is still open. No hunting through someone else's inbox or a folder of PDFs.

The daily 6am digest helps here too. It tells every owner what they own, so accountability lives with the role, not with whoever happened to be running the meeting. The project view shows who is behind while there is still schedule to recover.

That continuity is where the money is. Clashes get caught in the model instead of the field, where the same clash costs far more and an unresolved one can burn weeks of idle field labour.

Teams stop losing 11 hours a week working out which model version is current. New coordinator, same record. The job does not restart because a seat went empty.
