Your coordination team is working blind

These are the questions that cost money every week, and the reason they are hard to answer is that nothing on the project keeps a record of them.

Who changed what?

Someone moved a duct. Nobody knows who, or when, or why. The coordination meeting spends two hours finding out.

Who's behind?

You find out at the GC coordination meeting, three weeks after the slip started.

Where are the issues?

Scattered across Teams, email and Bluebeam. Nobody can find the one they need.

What changed between exports?

Comparing PDFs side by side, the way it was done in 2005.

What is the delay costing?

Every week a clash sits unresolved, the work behind it stops. That's $15K-$50K in field labour standing idle, every week. Three weeks of that and you've spent more than BidLight costs for the entire project.

Why are field and office out of step?

Your BIM team models one thing. The field installs another. RFI responses sit in email for days. Redlines from the superintendent never make it back to the model. By the time the gap surfaces, the concrete is already poured.

The real cost isn't money. It's trust. When you can't see who did what, accountability disappears.
Coordination platform

One record of the project, kept as the work happens

Four things run underneath your coordination process, all the time. None of them wait for someone to file a report.

Model export history, card view
Every model export versioned, newest first
Split-pane element diff inspector
Added, removed and modified elements between revisions
Coordination services

The platform, run by the team that built it

Some projects need the software. Some need the coordination handled for them. BidLight covers both, on the same platform you'd use yourself.

BIM coordination and clash resolution

You get weekly coordination with the GC and every trade partner. Clash detection and resolution handled across every trade, no exceptions. Active coordination typically runs 30 to 50 weeks: twice a week with the GC, once a week with trades.

Modelling, LOD 350-500

Modelling from design Revit files, CAD or PDF drawings: equipment, panels, conduit runs, penetrations, lighting, racks, cable tray, raceways and hangers, with RVT and NWC files issued for coordination.

2D coordinated layout drawings

Pulled straight from your signed-off 3D model: equipment and conduit types and sizing, dimensions from gridlines, vertical elevations. Typically 200-400 sheets per project.

Shop and fabrication drawings

Shop drawings per phase for field install, and manufacturing packages for prefabricated assemblies, generated from the coordinated model and reissued when it changes.

As-built modelling

Field updates. RFI responses. Vendor changes. Clash resolutions on site. All of it feeds back into the model while construction runs, on a weekly cadence with the GC and trades.

Cost, as the model changes

Features

Every export becomes a versioned snapshot with full metadata: who exported it, when, component count, model size and downloads. Sorted newest first, with milestone badges.
You see every change between two revisions: what's added, removed, or modified, sorted by category. Click any element to focus it in 3D.
Every issue attaches to a Revit element. The 3D screenshot captures itself. Assigned by trade. Tracked until it's resolved. Nothing lives in your inbox.
Contribution tracking, issue resolution rates and a Problem Solver Index per person. You see who is ahead and who needs support now, not at the post-mortem.
Material, equipment and labour predictions run off the same model you coordinate, and feed a Kanban board that tracks progress and reallocates resources as the model moves. You see what a change costs when it lands, not at the next estimate.

Full grip on estimates and schedules.
More power to the architects, engineers, and contractors.

We made BidLight to revolutionize construction management by delivering real-time, cost-effective project estimations. We empower the architects, engineers, and contractors among you with lightning-fast project predictions. So that you can focus on what you love most—creating and building.

BidLight 3.0 is an advanced estimation platform powered by two sophisticated AI models: a data classifier (based on metadata) and a geometry classifier (based on shapes).

These models enable BidLight to understand geometry and accurately match it to the correct price items, achieving 86% accuracy.

Trained on a vast construction dataset, BidLight 3.0 can predict costs for labor, equipment, materials, and time. The result is an automated BOQ classification process that works seamlessly with all construction data and geometry, eliminating the need for human intervention.

Coordination that starts inside Revit

Every export versioned, straight from Revit

Publish from Revit and the export becomes a versioned snapshot — who exported it, when, component count and model size — sorted newest first, with milestone badges.

Element-level diffs between revisions

See what was added, removed and modified between any two revisions, sorted by category. Click any element to focus it in 3D.

Issues pinned to Revit elements

Every issue attaches to the element it concerns and captures its own 3D screenshot. Assigned by trade, tracked until it is resolved. Nothing lives in your inbox.

Cost and quantities inside Revit

A construction cost database inside Revit, AI-classified assemblies and line items, and estimate export to Excel — read off the same model you are already coordinating.
