BIM coordination and clash resolution
You get weekly coordination with the GC and every trade partner. Clash detection and resolution handled across every trade, no exceptions. Active coordination typically runs 30 to 50 weeks: twice a week with the GC, once a week with trades.
Modelling, LOD 350-500
Modelling from design Revit files, CAD or PDF drawings: equipment, panels, conduit runs, penetrations, lighting, racks, cable tray, raceways and hangers, with RVT and NWC files issued for coordination.
2D coordinated layout drawings
Pulled straight from your signed-off 3D model: equipment and conduit types and sizing, dimensions from gridlines, vertical elevations. Typically 200-400 sheets per project.
Shop and fabrication drawings
Shop drawings per phase for field install, and manufacturing packages for prefabricated assemblies, generated from the coordinated model and reissued when it changes.
As-built modelling
Field updates. RFI responses. Vendor changes. Clash resolutions on site. All of it feeds back into the model while construction runs, on a weekly cadence with the GC and trades.

These models enable BidLight to understand geometry and accurately match it to the correct price items, achieving 86% accuracy.
Trained on a vast construction dataset, BidLight 3.0 can predict costs for labor, equipment, materials, and time. The result is an automated BOQ classification process that works seamlessly with all construction data and geometry, eliminating the need for human intervention.
