Whats the difference between the 3 types of estimation on the bidlight software

I'm about to estimate a project on Bidlight but I see 3 options 'express estimation, 'Custom estimation', and 'Load estimation'. What's the difference between the 3 of them? and what should be my expectations if I choose to go with the custom estimation option

All 3 options are needed for specific scenarios.
1/Custom estimation :
• offers the highest level of flexibility
• allows the user to configure their project location, cost database, and the estimation organization and flow (divisions ...)
1/express estimation :
• offers the highest speed, and assumes you already have a template (version) setup in place
• allows the user to click one button and get an excel/online estimate package within few seconds
1/Load estimation :
• offers the option to continue where you left off last time you clicked "save session"
