About 15 minutes, against a 90-minute meeting. You publish from the model in Revit and compare any two revisions element by element.

About 15 minutes, against a 90-minute meeting. You publish from the model in Revit and compare any two revisions element by element.

Here is what you get:

Each publish is a versioned snapshot with its own files, author and milestone.

Differences are grouped by category: structural, MEP, envelope, interior.

You stop re-checking by hand every time the design moves.

Each change ties back to an element, so you can defend the finding.

The time matters because the alternative is lost hours. Working out which model version is current costs about 11 hours a week.

Treat the comparison as the first pass. You still decide what each change means and which ones need an issue. BidLight tracks changes between revisions. It does not run automated clash detection.
