Every export is a versioned snapshot, so when the model updates you compare it to the previous revision and see what was added, removed or modified, element by element, by category.</p> <ul><li>Publish the update from Revit or Navisworks.</li><li>Compare it to the last revision you reviewed.</li><li>Look only at the categories that changed: structural, MEP, envelope, interior.</li><li>Pin an issue to anything that needs action and tag the owner.</li></ul> <p>Issues you already closed stay closed, with their screenshot, tagged user and model commit on record. You do not reopen them to prove they were handled.</p> <p>This is where the 11 hours a week go on many teams: working out what is current and what changed.
