Firms hiring now look for people who keep a clean record.</p> <p>What reads as credible:</p> <ul><li>You can explain how versions are controlled, with each publish as a snapshot that has an author and milestone.</li><li>You can show how you find out what changed between two revisions, element by element.</li><li>You can describe how an issue gets pinned to the element and closed with proof.</li><li>You can say who owned what and how you knew who was behind.</li></ul> <p>BidLight is a good example of this workflow, because it runs inside Revit and Navisworks and keeps the record as the work happens.</p> <p>In an interview, tell one real story: a conflict you caught in the model, the owner you tagged and how it closed. A specific story is hard to fake.</p>
