<p>BidLight tracks who changed what by saving every publish as a versioned snapshot with its own files, author and milestone, then comparing any two revisions element by element.</p> <p>It runs inside Revit and Navisworks, so you publish straight from the model. Tuesday's revision does not sit next to Monday's PDF while your team squints at both. You see the changes grouped by category: structural, MEP, envelope and interior.</p> <p>That removes the coordination meeting spent finding out a duct moved, and the issue that lived in Teams, email and Bluebeam where nobody could find it. Issues are pinned to the elements they concern and carry the sheet and revision they came from. Each owner gets a 6am digest of what they own.</p> <p>Closing an issue needs proof: screenshots, user sign-off and the linked model commit. So the record shows not just who changed what, but what fixed it.</p> <p>The money part: a clash caught in the model costs about $50, against $5,000 to $50,000 in the field. The version worth having is the one with a record, not a folder of PDFs.</p>
