<p>BidLight shortens coordination meetings by answering "what changed?" before anyone sits down, so a 90-minute meeting can end in about 15 minutes.</p> <p>Right now the meeting burns most of its time figuring out who moved a duct, when and why. Nothing on the project keeps that record. A clash caught in the model costs about $50, against $5,000 to $50,000 in the field.</p> <p>Plans are priced per licence, from Basics at $260 a year ($30 a month) up to Max at $590 a year ($69 a month), with unlimited projects.
