What happens to your accuracy when updates land in your inbox instead of your model

You tie the record to the model instead of to the email thread. When updates arrive as emails and PDFs, someone has to work out by hand which revision is current.

You tie the record to the model instead of to the email thread. When updates arrive as emails and PDFs, someone has to work out by hand which revision is current. That is where a missing change slips through, and it costs about 11 hours a week.

BidLight runs inside Revit and Navisworks. Here is the loop:

Change the design in Revit the way you always do, then publish.

Each publish is a versioned snapshot with its own files, author and milestone.

Compare it against the last one, element by element.

Pin issues to the affected elements and assign owners.

Owners get the 6am digest, so the follow-up does not depend on someone remembering.

There are no three versions to reconcile the night before a coordination meeting, because the record is the model. You get meeting time back and a change history nobody has to reconstruct.
