<p>When the model changes, even a little, the new publish becomes a snapshot you can compare with the previous revision, and your open issues stay pinned to the elements they concern.</p> <p>You do not need a separate process for it:</p> <ul><li>Your design team makes the change in Revit and publishes.</li><li>The new publish is a versioned snapshot, compared element by element against the previous revision.</li><li>Look at the changes that touch elements with open issues. Each issue carries the sheet and revision it came from.</li><li>Update the owner, or close the issue. Closing needs a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit that delivered the fix.</li></ul> <p>Because the record moves with the model, it reflects the latest design instead of last week&#39;s export. Small changes are exactly the ones that slip past a manual review, and they add up. You catch them when they happen.</p>
