What does the daily 6am digest actually send and who on my team gets it

The 6am digest is a daily summary of what each person owns, sent before the day starts so nobody has to go hunting for it. It goes to the people who own issues on the project.

It goes to the people who own issues on the project. Each owner sees their own items: the issues pinned to the elements they are responsible for, with the element, the tagged user and the status attached. That means the electrician sees the electrical issues, the mechanical lead sees theirs, and the GC sees who is behind while there is still schedule to recover.

Why it matters on the job: scattered updates across Teams, email and Bluebeam are where hours disappear. Clashes that surface late are where the real money goes. A clash caught in the model costs about $50. The same one found in the field runs $5,000 to $50,000. And an unresolved clash can burn $15K to $50K a week in idle field labour standing behind it.

The digest is part of how BidLight keeps one live record inside Revit and Navisworks, with every export versioned and compared element by element. Owners get their list every morning. The project view shows who is behind. Issues close only with proof: a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit that fixed it.
