What does the 6am digest actually show me each morning

The 6am digest is your daily list of what you own. It goes to every owner on the project with their issues in it. Not the whole team's pile. Yours. Each issue is pinned to the element it concerns.

The 6am digest is your daily list of what you own. It goes to every owner on the project with their issues in it. Not the whole team's pile. Yours.

Each issue is pinned to the element it concerns. So the digest doesn't just say there's a clash. It says which element, which model version, and who has it. You open it with your coffee and you know what you're on the hook for that day.

That kills the scattered-updates problem. No hunting through Teams, email and Bluebeam for the one issue you need. No showing up to the coordination meeting to find out you were behind three weeks ago. The project view shows who is behind while there is still schedule to recover.

The cost side is the point. An unresolved clash burns $15K to $50K a week in idle field labour behind it. A clash caught in the model costs about $50. One found in the field, $5,000 to $50,000. The digest is how issues stop sitting. Owners see them daily, close them with proof, and the field crew isn't standing around.

Same record runs inside Revit and Navisworks. Same issues, every morning, 6am.
