What does the 6am digest actually send my superintendent

A daily list of who owns what, delivered at 6am. That is the digest. It comes out of the issue record in BidLight, so your superintendent sees who is on the hook for which issue and where it stands.

A daily list of what each owner actually owns, delivered at 6am. That is the digest. It comes out of the issue record in BidLight, so your superintendent sees who is on the hook for which issue and where it stands.

Every issue is pinned to the element it concerns and closes only with proof: a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit that fixed it. The digest pulls from that same record. No status chasing, no "who has this one?" thread on Teams.

The project view goes a step further and shows who is behind while there is still schedule to recover. That is the part that changes the morning. Instead of learning about a slip at the GC coordination meeting three weeks late, your superintendent knows at 6am.

What it protects: field labour. An unresolved clash can burn $15K to $50K a week in idle crews. A clash caught in the model runs about $50 to fix. The same clash found in the field runs $5,000 to $50,000.

How to use it: check the digest first thing, confirm owners are moving, and escalate in the project view before the schedule slips. Revit and Navisworks both feed it straight from the model.
