Every morning at 6am, everyone who owns an issue gets a short digest of what they own. That is the whole point: nobody starts the day hunting through Teams, email and Bluebeam to find out what is theirs.

Who gets it: the people tagged on issues in the model. Each owner sees their own list, not the whole project. An issue stays on that list until it closes with proof: a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit that fixed it. When it closes, it comes off.

The project view sits behind the digest. It shows who is behind while there is still schedule to recover, not three weeks later at the GC coordination meeting. A clash sitting unresolved stops the work behind it, and that idle field labour runs $15K to $50K a week. Catching it in the digest is a lot cheaper than catching it in the field, where the same clash costs $5,000 to $50,000 against about $50 to fix in the model.

So the 6am digest is the accountability piece. Right owner, right issue, every morning, with proof required to close it.
