<p>A recruiter reading clash resolution on your resume sees that you can find a conflict in the model and get it fixed before the field pays for it. That is rarer than it sounds, so it is worth listing.</p> <p>Writing resolved clashes does not say much on its own, though. What gets a second look is proof you can close issues properly and explain how when someone pushes back.</p> <ul><li>Name the outcome. Resolved issues is a task; closed every issue with a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit is a method.</li><li>Attach a timeframe. If you cut the time to see what changed from a 90-minute meeting to about 15 minutes, say so.</li><li>Show your tooling. Naming how you compare revisions element by element signals that your work was not guesswork.</li><li>Connect it to the job. A clash caught in the model costs about $50, against $5,000 to $50,000 in the field.</li></ul> <p>The skill recruiters want is a project record the whole team can trust.</p>
