<p>A deleted element changes what gets built, so it can change the schedule and the cost. If nobody notices, the first person to find out is a crew on site.</p> <p>Someone deletes a beam or a wall in Revit and publishes the updated model. Every publish is a versioned snapshot. Compare any two revisions and BidLight shows element by element what was added, removed or modified, grouped by category: structural, MEP, envelope, interior. A deletion that slipped in unnoticed shows up there.</p> <p>From there you can restore the element or pin an issue to what depended on it:</p> <ul><li>Assign an owner, who sees it in the 6am digest.</li><li>Close it with a screenshot, a tagged user and the linked model commit.</li></ul> <p>Caught in the model, the fix costs about $50. Found in the field, $5,000 to $50,000. Next time an element disappears, you know who removed it and when.</p>
