Renovation models are often inconsistent: elements missing types, phases not set, demo scope tangled with new work.</p> <ul><li>Set phasing first. Even rough Existing, Demo and New phases separate scope in Revit.</li><li>Fix obvious category misses. Walls should be walls and doors should be doors, not generic families.</li><li>Publish. The snapshot becomes your baseline.</li><li>Compare later revisions to it, element by element, by category.</li><li>Pin an issue to every spot where the model and the field disagree.</li></ul> <p>BidLight tracks what is published.
