Would there be a way to match supplier quote rates after the export? One could fill in the information on the BIM object or from managed library, but what if the speed of BidLight could be used to match the quote from supplier provided documentation? And if yes, would they need to format their document in a way to make it easier for BidLight to process?

Yes, we provide a feature called PunchOut, which create connection between the procurement environment of suppliers and the solution we provide. This is an Enterprise Only feature.
