A public owner will not accept &quot;it&#39;s fixed.&quot; They want to see what was fixed, by whom, and against which model.</p> <p>In BidLight an issue cannot close without evidence:</p> <ul><li><strong>A screenshot</strong> captured from the model.</li><li><strong>A tagged user</strong> who signs off.</li><li><strong>The linked model commit</strong> that delivered the fix.</li></ul> <p>The issue is also pinned to the element it concerns and carries the sheet and revision it came from. So when a reviewer asks about a change, you open the element, compare the two revisions and show exactly what moved.</p> <p>Every publish is a versioned snapshot with its own files, author and milestone, so the history is kept as the work happens. You are not building an audit trail from email threads the week before the review.</p>
