How does the 6am digest actually keep my team from chasing people for updates

The 6am digest lands in every owner's inbox before the day starts. It lists what you own: your open issues, the ones pinned to your elements, and what moved on the model since yesterday.

The 6am digest lands in every owner's inbox before the day starts. It lists what you own: your open issues, the ones pinned to your elements, and what moved on the model since yesterday. Nobody has to go ask. The list is already there.

How it works on a real job:

The model is published from Revit or Navisworks. The export is versioned.

Each new version is compared element by element against the last one, so changes get caught without a meeting.

Issues stay pinned to the element they concern. They close only with proof: a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit that fixed it.

At 6am, every owner gets their digest. What you own. What is still open.

The project view shows who is behind while there is still schedule to recover, not three weeks later at the GC coordination meeting.

That kills the chasing. No pinging people for status. No two-hour meeting to find out who moved a duct. No 11 hours a week spent working out which version is current.

An unresolved clash can burn $15K to $50K a week in idle field labour. Catching it in the model costs about $50. The digest is how the team stays on top of it before it reaches the field.
