<p>BidLight does it by versioning every publish. You publish from Revit, or the federated model from Navisworks, and each one is a snapshot with its own files, author and milestone. The latest snapshot is the current model.</p> <p>Any two revisions compare element by element, so you always know what changed and which version is current. No chasing PDFs, no asking around.</p> <p>That is where the time goes back into your week. Coordinators lose about 11 hours a week working out which model version is current. With the comparison, the answer takes about 15 minutes instead of a 90-minute meeting.</p> <p>Move a door two inches, publish again, and the change is on record, attached to that element.
