<p>BidLight compares any two published revisions element by element and groups the differences by category: structural, MEP, envelope and interior.</p> <p>Here is the sequence:</p> <ul><li>You publish from Revit, or from the federated model in Navisworks. Each publish is a versioned snapshot with its own files, author and milestone.</li><li>Pick two revisions. BidLight lists what was added, removed or modified.</li><li>Open an element and pin an issue to it. The issue carries the sheet and revision it came from.</li><li>Assign an owner. They see it in the 6am daily digest.</li><li>Close it with proof: a screenshot, a tagged user and the linked model commit.</li></ul> <p>The practical win is speed. You see what changed in about 15 minutes instead of a 90-minute meeting. When a GC or trade asks about a change, you show them the exact element, not a description of it. BidLight tracks changes between revisions. It does not run automated clash detection.</p>
