How do i prove who moved an element when nobody will admit it

You stop relying on memory and let the model keep the record. BidLight runs inside Revit and Navisworks, so every export is versioned and diffed element by element.

You stop relying on memory and let the model keep the record. BidLight runs inside Revit and Navisworks, so every export is versioned and diffed element by element. The element that moved is tied to the version where it changed.

Publish straight from the model or the federated model in Navisworks.

Let BidLight version that export automatically.

Open the diff between the two exports. You see the element that changed, not a side by side PDF.

Check the issue tied to that element and who owns it.

Pull yesterday's digest. Issues by 6am, a daily digest of what you own, so the change is already in someone's queue before the meeting.

No two hours of the coordination meeting spent finding out who moved the duct. No chasing Teams, email and Bluebeam for the one issue you need. The record exists, so the conversation moves to fixing it.

That matters because every week a clash sits unresolved stops the work behind it. $15K to $50K in field labour standing idle, every week. Knowing who changed what, and when, is how you stop paying that.
