Yes you have 2 options to share a BidLight project/estimate: 1/ internally using the members panel and adding a user to the project's members list. 2/ externally using the share project option, selecting appropriate access while sharing then sending the invite to the external user's email. NB: External share option provides the option to review access at any time and the ability to revoke it or update it.
