Does bidlight have a built in library of materials labor rates and equipment costs if so how regularly is it updated

When I'm sketching out designs, I want to be sure my material choices and cost estimates are spot-on. Does BidLight have a handy library with the latest on materials, labor, and gear? And with prices and trends always shifting, how often do you guys give it a refresh?
