Do my trade partners need their own login to see and close the issues they own

Yes. Every person who owns an issue gets their own login. That is the point. Issues are pinned to the element they concern.

Yes. Every person who owns an issue gets their own login, and that is the point.

Issues are pinned to the element they concern. They close only with proof: a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit that fixed it. A trade partner needs a login to be that tagged user and to put their name on the close. No login means no proof, and no proof means the issue sits open while the crew behind it waits. That is where the $15K to $50K a week in idle field labour comes from.

The 6am digest goes to every owner with what they own that day. Each trade sees their own list, not the whole project. The project view shows who is behind while there is still schedule to recover, instead of finding out three weeks later at the coordination meeting.

So set them up:

Add each trade partner as a user on the project.

Assign the issues they own, pinned to the elements.

Let them publish from Revit or Navisworks on their side.

Confirm closes come back with a screenshot, a tagged user and the model commit.

Check the project view weekly for who is behind.

Licences run from Basics at $260 per licence per year to Max at $590. Custom Enterprise pricing is available for larger teams.
