Yes. Every export BidLight publishes from Revit or Navisworks is versioned, and each new version is diffed against the last element by element.

Yes. Every export BidLight publishes from Revit or Navisworks is versioned, and each new version is diffed against the last element by element. That is how Revit models in and shop drawings come back: one live record of what changed and who changed it.

You see the change in its category, tied to the element and the user behind it. Instead of putting PDFs side by side and guessing, the team reads the delta.

That is the difference between finding out in 15 minutes and spending a 90-minute meeting working out which model version is current. Multiply that across a project and it is roughly 11 hours a week of coordination time back.

Here is the loop:

Publish from Revit or the federated Navisworks model.

BidLight versions the export.

The new version is compared to the previous one, element by element.

Each change carries the category, the element and the tagged user.

Issues pinned to that element stay open until proof closes them: a screenshot, a tagged user, the model commit that fixed it.

The 6am digest hands every owner their list so nobody chases updates across email.

Catching a clash in the model costs about $50. The same one found in the field costs $5,000 to $50,000.

Get the diff in front of your team before the next coordination meeting.
