<p>You hand us the modeling, scheduling, and cost sequencing, and you get back a 4D/5D plan you can put in front of a client and defend. No need to staff up or train anyone. Here is what makes the kickoff go fast.</p> <p><strong>1. Share your Revit model.</strong> Export what you have. The cleaner the geometry and metadata, the faster we classify line items and tie costs to the schedule.</p> <p><strong>2. Tell us the goal.</strong> A 4D phasing sequence, a 5D cost-loaded schedule, or both. We scope to what you are bidding or building.</p> <p><strong>3. Point us at your pricing source.</strong> We pull current numbers from our database plus Craftsman, 1Build, and RSMeans. If you have your own rates, send them and we use yours.</p> <p><strong>4. Set the milestones.</strong> Submission date, client review points, and any phasing constraints on site.</p> <p><strong>5. Name a point of contact.</strong> One person who can answer scope questions keeps the work moving and cuts back-and-forth.</p> <p>Once we have the model and the goal, we build the execution plan, link cost and time, and hand it back ready to present.
